How to Register


1, Online registration is highly recommended. Please apply through the website at the bottom.
2, After completing your online registration, you can only modify your personal information by contacting the secretary's office via email. (asp2024@gaonpco.com).
3, If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat's office (asp2024@gaonpco.com).
4, Your registration has been successfully completed after payment.




Registration Acknowledgement

1, Registration confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail after on-line registration and confirmation of the payment.
2, If you did not receive the confirmation letter, please wait several minutes and check again. Don't forget to check your spam folder in case the letter is filtered by a spam filter.
3, If you still did not receive your letter, please refresh the page and try again with another email address or contact the secretariat's office via e-mail (asp2024@gaonpco.com).




Cancellation Policy

How to cancel the registration

- Please notify your cancellation via e-mail (asp2024@gaonpco.com) of secretariat's office.
- All refunds will be made on weekdays after the conference.
- All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the conference's registration fee.
